Dr Gill is one of the most professional, intelligent, caring, and compassionate doctors that I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know. I am 58 years old and have had 2 unsuccessful breast augmentation procedures in the past 15 years. (neither was performed at ASC) Both times they had to be removed shortly after the surgery due to complications and rejection. I was very apprehensive to try again but after two breast lifts I was unhappy with how much tissue had been removed and I just wanted to look the same as I had years ago. I had positive experiences at the Aesthetic Surgery Center with other procedures in the past and was encouraged by the other doctor to have a consultation with Dr Gill. I was not only impressed by her extensive knowledge and thorough examination but also her explanation of the process and the many choices I had. It has now been 6 months since surgery and I have had absolutely no problems at all. I have never had an issue with rejection or encapsulation. I have already referred several friends to her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

When my recent mammogram showed a ruptured implant, the radiologist suggested I have the implant removed….and I was referred to Dr. Kiranjeet Gill. She is amazing! She is so caring, so explicit in her explanations, very thorough, and I felt very at ease with her. She never once rushed me through an appointment. I appreciated that so much. Her staff is probably the best I have ever met in a doctor’s office. Just wonderful. I did obviously not want to have surgery, but after doing my own research, I decided to have it and not worry any longer. I am glad I did. Yes, I was a tad tender for several weeks, but incision healed quickly and the scarring is very minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Gill for any breast surgery you might need. She has had excellent training and her bedside manner is very professional and caring.

From the moment I started explaining why I needed breast reduction, I felt immediate comfort with Dr. Gill. The following examination was completed, with every effort, to explain the surgical procedure, and answer any questions. My surgery went so well, I was able to leave the hospital, the same day. I cannot recommend more highly of Dr. Gill, and the entire team at the Aesthetic Surgery Center of Naples! As a man looking to tighten up my abdomen and flanks after significant weight loss, I was somewhat nervous.
